Concours Season 2026: Where the Collections Surface

Concours lawns are the collector world's trading floor in disguise. The cars are judged on originality and presentation; the conversations behind the rope lines are about what might change hands before next season.

This year's calendar runs from Lake Como in May to Monterey in August. Two cars from collections we advise will appear at Villa d'Este; discretion prevents us saying more than that one of them wears tinted bare carbon.

Members receive our concours briefing each spring — which classes are strengthening, which restorations to watch, and where the auction estimates diverge from private-market reality.
