How to Read a Classiche File

Ferrari Classiche certification confirms that a car's chassis, engine, gearbox and bodywork match the factory's original build records. The Red Book is therefore a statement about identity, not condition — a distinction that surprises many first-time buyers.

What the file tells you: matching numbers, original configuration, factory-documented restoration work. What it does not tell you: how the car drives, what the last owner deferred, or whether the air conditioning works on a July afternoon in Modena.

This is why our acquisition process pairs every certified car with an independent inspection. Provenance and condition are different questions; a serious purchase answers both.
