Storage as Strategy: Where a Collection Lives Matters

A collectible car deteriorates fastest when it does nothing. Seals dry, fluids settle, batteries sulphate, tyres flat-spot. The best collections we manage treat storage as an active program: controlled humidity at 55 percent, induction charging, monthly exercise to temperature, and documented condition reports.
Location is strategy too. A car stored in a bonded facility can cross borders on paper rather than on a transporter, which matters when a sale happens in a different jurisdiction from the storage.
Our concierge desk maintains partnerships with vetted facilities in Zurich, London, Dubai and Singapore. The cost is a fraction of one percent of a collection's value per year; the alternative is measured in points of condition at sale time.
